Submissions

How do I submit my research article?
Navigate to our submission portal, select your journal category, fill out the required information, and upload your manuscript. Our team will guide you through the peer review process.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Please ensure your document is properly formatted according to our author guidelines.
How long does the review process take?
Our standard review process takes 2-4 weeks. You will receive regular updates on the status of your submission via email.
Is there a submission fee?
Q4 2025 submissions are completely FREE! Starting Q1 2026, there will be a $100 article processing charge.

How do I create an account?
Click on "Register" in the top navigation, fill out the required information, and verify your email address. You can then access all platform features.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I update my profile information?

Learning Publics has been established since 2018, initially operating offline. We are now transitioning to a comprehensive online platform to serve the global research community.
